1. Visitors must not use the E-Card service to solicit customers, sell products or services, or transmit pyramid or chain letters.

2. Visitors agree to send no more than 1,000 JoeChemo.org E-Cards in any one calendar year without prior written permission from the webmaster of JoeChemo.org.

3. Visitors agree not to send JoeChemo.org E-Cards via automated programs such as "robots" and "spiders" without prior written permission from the webmaster of JoeChemo.org.

4. Visitors may send E-Cards only to recipients they know personally.

5. Visitors may not send E-Cards on behalf of other people or organizations unless these people or organizations have granted explicit permission to do so.

6. Visitors agree to not to use false names or email addresses when sending a JoeChemo.org E-Card.

7. JoeChemo.org does not assume responsibility for the content of messages sent via its E-Card service. In the event that you have a dispute with one or more users of JoeChemo.org, you hereby release JoeChemo.org, including its webmaster, employees, agents, and successors in rights, from any claims resulting from or related to such disputes.

8. Any use of JoeChemo.org that violates local, state, federal, or international law or regulation is strictly prohibited. This restriction includes (a) any unauthorized use of copyrighted material, (b) sending messages that are obscene, defamatory, libelous, or constitute an illegal threat, and (c) violating the privacy rights of other people.

9. JoeChemo.org reserves the right to take any action that it, in its sole discretion, deems prudent or necessary to minimize its potential liability, including but not limited to the release of user information, removal of E-Cards, and refusal of service to anyone for any reason, at any time, and without notice.

10. No images, text, design elements, computer programming, or intellectual property on the JoeChemo.org web site may be used or copied in whole or part without prior written permission from the webmaster of JoeChemo.org.

11. JoeChemo.org makes no warranty that its service will meet its visitors' needs, that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that the information displayed or transmitted will be accurate or reliable.

12. The failure of JoeChemo.org to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms and Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, the parties nevertheless agree that the court should endeavor to give effect to the parties' intentions as reflected in the provision, and the other provisions of these Terms of Conditions shall remain in full force and effect.

13. JoeChemo.org reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time and without prior notice to its visitors.
